1. Who we are

Vibeita operates the website at https://vibeita.com and provides software subscriptions, consumer products, and design and development services. You can reach us at hello@vibeita.com.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us or open an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Some of our products are sold as recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• Prices are shown before checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective on your next renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting billing@vibeita.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; see our Refunds & Returns Policy for refund eligibility.

4. Purchases & products

For one-time product purchases, your order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email and may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced or unavailable), in which case we refund any amount charged. Shipping, delivery, and return terms are described in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and authorize the charges associated with your order or subscription, including applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The website, software, branding, and content are owned by Vibeita or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date, and where required, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
